How we handle the information you send us
This page describes the current website behaviour. It is not legal advice.
Data we collect
Contact and quote forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, message, selected service/package/project context, and the page from which you submitted the form. If present in the request, campaign source fields (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) can also be stored with the enquiry. The server records the connecting IP address with the enquiry for abuse prevention.
The optional chatbot can collect name, email and phone if you choose to leave them. Frequently asked questions can be viewed without providing contact details.
Why we use it
We use this information to record your enquiry, contact you about that enquiry, and reduce automated abuse. We do not use these forms as a marketing subscription unless you later agree separately.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our website database. Email notifications may be sent to our team, and an acknowledgement may be sent to the email address you provided. Delivery to an inbox is not guaranteed.
Site metrics
The site records aggregated counts such as page-group views, form starts and contact-channel clicks. These counts do not store cookies, unique identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent strings or full URLs. A WhatsApp or phone click is not treated as a submitted request.
Cookies and local settings
A language preference cookie (limon_lang) remembers TR/EN for 30 days. Theme preference can be stored in the browser localStorage. A session cookie is used for form security and login to the administration area.
